Neighbors [2014]
Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne engage in a hilarious, violent spy vs. spy battle with their new neighbors — Zac Efron, the other Franco (little brother Dave) and Delta Psi Beta. There are parties and pot, and Rogen and Efron mix it up in a most inventive fight scene.

Easy A (2010)
Screenwriter Bert V. Royal’s loose high school adaptation of “The Scarlet Letter” isn’t quite as smart as he thinks it is, but Emma Stone is a charming smartass. She leads a fun, breezy 90 minutes, complete with knowing nods to those cheesy John Hughes films.
